Source says new content service to arrive during E3 next month will offer content drops with exclusive items for DICE's modern day shooter.
Electronic Arts will release a premium service for Battlefield 3 on June 4 (the day of EA's E3 2012 media briefing), a "reliable source" has told Battlefieldo. According to the site, the service will be titled Battlefield Premium, and it will grant players a range of exclusive content.
The first piece of content to be given to Battlefield Premium members will include a knife and a black dog tag, as well as a set of soldier camo, weapon camo, and Assignments. Future content was not revealed, and it was not not mentioned if Battlefield Premium will incur a subscription fee.
Ziba Tower was the first map for the up and coming Close Quarters DLC to be previewed, today we now have a trailer for Donya Fortress. This map appears to be set in a villa setting, players will engage one another in tunnels, a court yard, and of course hallways. The HD destruction really shines with dust raining from the ceiling and papers flying about.
Since the patch was released a few weeks ago, many weapons have become a lot more balanced. However, some weapons have been strengthened, a bit to much.
